Grand Theft Auto: V

Hello everyone! This is my first release just to test the waters a little bit. I have decided to release this EUP for free. If It gets good feed back I will be making more states in the future.

If you want to get something custom done you can join my development discord here Sparks Development. 

Just a few things to know about the EUP included.

• • Custom Chest badge

  • Custom Trooper hat with badge

  • All items in the EUP Menu under the SAHP Patrol Division are updated with the FHP EUP.

TOS

You get a prize if you read these:

• Do not sell or re-upload any models etc.

• Do not claim any final works from this EUP as your own.

• Attempting to profit off any product of Sparks Development by reselling, giveaways or any other method that results in direct profit from original works.

• Streaming, YouTube or other forms of content creation do not infringe on the terms of service and are allowed

• Reverse engineering, unlocking, or ripping assets is prohibited  

• I (Sparks) am not responsible for any damage done to your game or system. Back up your files before modding.
