Effects of Removal: Removing assets leaves a grey box where they were placed in your city. These obsolete objects should be cleared to prevent any side effects.
Description
Every detailers' favourite (only) choice for a modular system of ploppable zoning blocks. Works best when hidden inside any Static Ploppables.
This mod introduces 33 ploppable zoning blocks that act like signature buildings but consume zoning demand for their respective zone types, without providing any special signature bonuses. These blocks can only be placed directly on zonable lots.
Supported Zoning Types (11 total):
Residential: Low, Medium, Low-Rent, High
Mixed-Use: Residential+Commercial, Residential+Office
Commercial: Low, High
Industrial: Manufacturing
Office: Low, High
Each zoning type comes in three lot sizes: 1x2, 1x4, and 1x6. They can be found in a dedicated tab under the "Signature Buildings" menu. As these are signature buildings, you'll receive the signature building unlock popups when starting the game or every time a zone is unlocked (when Unlock All is not used). This is unavoidable.
Block Upgrades (Optional):
Each block also contains three functional upgrades:
Parking Spots (2x1): Ploppable parking area for up to 5 vehicles. Requires road or invisible network access, but can be placed anywhere.
Parking Garage (1x1): An empty lot that acts as a parking garage where vehicles disappear while inside. Only place one per building to avoid pathfinding errors.
Pedestrian Gate (1x1): A spot for pedestrians to enter/exit the building. Requires road or invisible network access.
Block Mover: Shifts the blocks's position from the far edge to the center of the lot, for visual adjustment only.
Recommended Mods and Assets
Static Ploppables series: For hiding blocks inside non-functional buildings.
Asset UI Manager: For sorting the Upgrade UI.
Extra Areas and Networks: For drawing optional invisible paths.
Better Bulldozer: For removing optional invisible paths.
