Mr. Jackson spent over 30 years working in all levels of the insurance claims industry for a large, nationally recognized insurance company. He spent the most recent 16 years of his career as a lawyer for that company, both as a litigator and litigation manager. This gives him a unique perspective when viewing an injury claim because he has a deep understanding of what the insurance company will do. This is a tremendous advantage for our clients as they attempt to negotiate the difficult waters of filing a claim.

Elder Law

As the name implies this is an area of law that addresses the legal needs of elderly people, but it is more than that. At our firm, we use the term to include anyone with a disability as well. We also include healthy clients who have been fortunate enough to reach retirement earlier in life. Our practice includes the development of strategies for retirement benefits, planning your estate, health care, and many other issues which are really “life-events.” It is the practice of protecting family and personal matters. We take the same approach here as in our other practice areas.
