Minimum call out fee for Lenoir City: $40.00
Minimum call out fee for anywhere else in Knox or Loudon County: $50.00
Anywhere other Knox or Loudon: $varies by distance
1st person, 1st signature: $25.00
Each additional person, 1st signature: $15.00
Each additional signature: $5.00
Mileage (use google maps from home base to customer): $0.725 per mile
Printing: $1.00 per page
After Hours / Special event: TBD
Marriage certificate - customer takes to court house: $150.00
Inmate / Jail-house signing: $150.00 - up front - non-refundable if inmate refuses to sign
Emergency room ASAP: $200.00 - up front - non-refundable if patient cannot sign
Real Estate Closings: $150.00 - $200.00
Refinance / HELOC: $125.00 – $175.00
Purchase or Seller Package: $150.00 – $200.00
Reverse Mortgage: $175.00 – $250.00+
Convenience fee for credit card or app payments: 3%
Of note:
There is no sales tax in Tennessee for notary services
If the fees do not exceed the minimum call out fee, use the minimum call out fee.
