Order required time? All your orders and you have placed your order 72 hours before your required time
Prepaid / Postpaid service? Prepayments must be made prior to the time the order is required
How to delivery? We usually deliver by domex (pvt) or prompt xp (pvt) courier services. But it can also depend on the customer's request by bus or other courier/transport service.
Do you deliver on weekends / public holidays? Courier services are not available on weekends / public holidays. Therefore, the delivery is donethere by bus or other transport service
Are there delivery charges? Delivery charges are to be paid by the customer
Is free delivery available? We do not charge delivery charges for orders above Rs.6500/= only in our vegetables & fruits delivery. This does not apply to flowers or bouquet delivery
How to deliver flowers? It comes in a good packing with a water pack and has a good wrapping. So the flowers are not harmed and we guarantee 4-5 days freshness
Do you deliver anywhere? Yes, we deliver island-wide
