About Me

I've been in education since 2004. I started as an elementary teacher in the Rio School District (Oxnard, CA) teaching mostly 4th grade for my first 9 years. I then moved to the middle school as a computer teacher and tech coach. I spent my last two years in Rio as a Tech TOSA. As a TOSA, I created a gamified PD called Rio PADDLE (Personal and District Digital Learning Environment) which had much success. I then moved to the Oxnard Union High School District in 2016 as the Ed Tech Coordinator.

I am father to two lovely daughters, Brooklyn and Payton. My beautiful wife and I live in Ventura, CA.
