My name is Jay McKeague.
My path into this work didn’t begin with a title or a qualification. It began with life itself. With questions, with pain, with searching, and with a deep pull toward understanding what it really means to be human.
Like many people, I spent years looking outward for answers. But over time something simple yet profound began to reveal itself: the deepest guidance was already within.
Through breath, presence, and honest self-inquiry, I began to experience the quiet intelligence of the body and the heart. The breath became more than just breathing. It became a way of listening.
Listening to what had been held inside.
Listening to the truth beneath the noise.
Listening to life as it is.
This is where The Breath That Listens was born.
My work is about creating spaces where people can slow down, soften the armour they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with themselves. Through conscious connected breathwork, presence, and grounded guidance, I support people in releasing what no longer needs to be held and remembering the wholeness that is already there.
There is nothing to fix here.
Only something to remember.
This space is open to anyone who feels the call to pause, breathe, and meet themselves more honestly.
