Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Lesson Reservation Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the site.

2. User Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using this site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Lesson Reservations: Users can make reservations for lessons offered through the site. All reservations are subject to availability.

4. Payment: Users agree to pay the specified fee for each lesson reservation. We accept payment through Credit Card, Check, Cash, Venmo and Zelle. 

5. Cancellation and Refunds: Users may cancel their lesson reservation up to 2 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours to the original method of payment.

6. Changes to Reservations: Users may request changes to their lesson reservations, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

7. Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making reservations. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided by users.

8. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this site or the participation in any lessons booked through the site. Users participate in lessons at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the site owner and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Privacy: We respect the privacy of our users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, JJGA Privacy Policy  for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

12. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates.
