Policy Work
At the World Bank's Poverty and Equity Global Practice, I recently co-led a survey effort to track the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in 24 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (the LAC High-Frequency Phone Surveys). I am also affiliated with the LAC Gender Innovation Lab (LACGIL), where we conduct research to understand which policies are effective at promoting gender equity in the region. In addition, I have contributed to the development and equity programs of various countries, including Bolivia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, and Peru.
