Javier Carbonell

I am a researcher interested in Nationalism, Environmental policies, Theories of International Relations and Inequality. 

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Edinburgh, where I study how mainstream parties nationalize environmental policies. I also teach two courses at Sciences Po, Paris (as enseignant vacataire). 

I am a Visiting Fellow at CIDOB, a Research Fellow at Future Policy Lab, an Associate at LSE IDEAS, a member of ASEN, and a co-founder of BK2. I write for El País and created a YouTube channel. 

I studied an MSc in IR at the London School of Economics as well as two bachelor's degrees in Spain, one in Political Science and one in Hispanic Studies.
