Integrity lab has initiated research on data-centers and their intensive energy needs. We have a scaled-down testbed that allows research on various aspects of data-center energy efficiency from algorithms to direct-to-chip cooling techniques and microgrid solutions for addressing the energy needs of future AI data centers.
