Leaf miners

Leaf miners seldom come alone. They occur on the mature leaves of Jatropha plants mostly attacked by other pests like mealy bugs .The larvae feed on the leaves, making mines that later on dry and form brown spots on the leaves.

Treatment with Chlorpyrifos or Mercaptothion, Dimethoate.
