To design assisting device for human arm there is a need to better understanding of movement such as quantification of muscle forces. Modeling and simulation of Neurocontrolled Soft Exosuit (NSE) need a biomechanical platform.

Here dynamic simulation of human upper limb movement (elbow flexion with and without assistive devices) allows us to study neuromuscular coordination, analyze muscular performance, estimate internal loading and saving in metabolic cost of the musculoskeletal system.

Studying these phenomena involve evaluation of certain variables that are difficult to measure experimentally during the motion. These variables include forces generated by an individual muscle, the activation with excitation level of an individual muscle etc.
