Your use of our application and service is subject to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy and indicates your consent to them.

1. Definitions

   1. "We", "us" and "our" mean Jastip.biz.id (PT. Saudagar Kauman Prembun), a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia

   2. "The Application" means a software application we have developed that serves as a means to find Services provided by third parties.

   3. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information about you that may be collected through the Application, such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address and/or the like, and other information that may enable identification of a specific individual who is using the Application.

   1. We collect certain Personal Information from you for the Application to find Services from the Service Providers. You will directly provide some Personal Information (eg when you sign up) and some will be collected automatically when you use the Application.

When you visit our Website, our website administrators process technical data such as your IP-address, visited webpages, the internet browser you use, your previous/next visited websites and the duration of a visit/session to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the Website.    5. When you use the Application to find a service, you provide us information such as your location. You also provide us information about the items you have marked to our Bookmark Menu when you see the discount information at the detailed page. When you use our Application, we also process technical data such as your IP-address, Device ID or MAC-address, and information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of your mobile device. We use this data to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the Application, resolve technical difficulties, provide you with the correct and most up to date version of the Application and to improve the function of the Application.

   6. You can share your bookmarked discount with your friend through the Application, for which, we will only prepare a message for you to send or publish through your social media provider or email provider. You can edit the message we have prepared before you send it. We do not collect your friend’s information.

   1. We use your e-mail, name, phone number and account password to verify your ownership of an account, to provide you information about the Application. We may also use your name, e-mail and phone number to send you news, general updates on the Application, special offers or promotions. We will also send you an e-mail asking you to subscribe to our Mailing List. You may at all times opt-out of receiving these updates.

   2. We use your Personal Information in an anonymized and aggregated form to closely monitor which features of the Services are used most, to analyse usage patterns and to determine where we should offer or focus our Services. You hereby agree that your data will be used for our internal data processing to provide better Services to you.

   3. Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where our servers are located. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Information out of Indonesia.

5. Retaining the Information We Collect

We will retain your information until you cancel your account in the Application.

6. Security

We do not guarantee the security of our database nor can we guarantee that the information you have provided will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us. Any transmission of information by you to us is at your own risk. You must not disclose your password to anyone. As effective as technology is, no security system is impenetrable.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. If we do so, we will inform you via email or by means of a notice on the Website 1 (one) day before the change becomes effective. 8. Others

   1. Language. This privacy policy is drawn up in both English and Indonesian language, both of which versions will be binding on you and us. In the event of inconsistency between the Indonesian language version and the English language version, the Indonesian language version will prevail.

   2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This privacy policy is governed by and to be construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this privacy policy shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.

9. Acknowledgement and Consent

   1. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and agree and consent to the use, practice, processing and transfer of your personal data by us as described in this Privacy Policy.

   2. You also represent that you have the right to share all the information you have provided to us and to give us the right to use and share the information with the Service Providers.
