第36回日本熱帯生態学会年次大会（JASTE36）では，関連分野の研究者との交流を深めるために，次の8つの学会と連携して大会を実施する予定です：日本アフリカ学会，日本サンゴ礁学会，日本マングローブ学会，日本タイ学会，日本島嶼学会，日本熱帯農業学会，日本泥炭地学会，東南アジア学会．
これら連携学会の会員は，当学会の会員と同条件で研究発表できます．
To foster interdisciplinary interactions among researchers, JASTE36 will collaborate with the following 8 academic societies: Japan Society for Southeast Asian Studies, Japan Association for African Studies, Japanese Coral Reef Society, Japanese Society for Thai Studies, Japan Peatland Society, Japanese Society for Tropical Agriculture, Japan Society for Mangroves, Japan Society of Island Studies.
Members of the above societies will have the same right to present at JASTE36 as JASTE members.
学会長による優秀発表賞を設定し，複数のレフェリーによる厳正な審査を行います．同制度へエントリーする場合には，大会参加申し込みの際に所定欄にチェックをお願いします．
対象者は，過去の大会で優秀発表賞を受賞したことがない学生会員および常勤職（任期つきを含む）に就いていない会員（日本熱帯生態学会規約細則第6条）に限定します．
審査の公平性の観点から，優秀発表賞へのエントリーは対面参加の方のみを対象とします．
JASTE36では懇親会にて優秀発表賞の表彰を行う予定です.
The Best Presentation Award, conferred by the President of the Society, will be granted based on a rigorous evaluation by multiple referees. Those who wish to apply for this award must check the designated box when registering for the conference.
Eligibility is limited to student members and members who are not in full-time positions (including fixed-term positions) and who have never received this award in previous conferences (in accordance with Article 6 of the Detailed Regulations of the Japan Society of Tropical Ecology).
To ensure fairness in the evaluation process, only participants attending in person will be eligible to enter for the Best Presentation Award. The award ceremony will be held during the JASTE36 banquet.
場所：めたせこいあ （大阪公立大学 杉本キャンパス内）
時間：6月20日（土）
参加申し込みフォームから大会参加と同時に申し込みをお願いします（前納の〆締切と同じ5月24日になっていますのでご注意ください）。

本大会では，会期中の託児サービスを提供する予定です．詳細は，大会ウェブサイトに随時掲載予定です．
会期中（6月20日（土）・21日（日））、大阪公立大学構内の「杉の子保育園」において、託児サービスを提供予定です。
利用を検討されている方は、大会参加申し込みフォームから申し込みください。
利用希望者（検討中含む）には後日、個別にご連絡します。
During the conference period (Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21), childcare services are scheduled to be provided at "Suginoko Hoiku-en" (Suginoko Nursery School) on the campus of Osaka Metropolitan University.
Those who are considering using the service are requested to apply via the conference registration form.
Applicants (including those who are still considering) will be contacted individually at a later date.
6月20日（土）の昼休憩時間には，大会施設において気軽にご参加いただける交流会を昨年に引き続き予定しています．希望される方は大会参加登録の際に併せてお申し込みください．
なお，事前に申し込まれた『常勤職（任期つきを含む）に就いていない会員 （発表者）』および『学生会員（発表者）』の方には，お弁当を無料で提供いたします．
事前の申込のない方への当日のお弁当の提供はございませんのでご注意ください．

A casual networking event will be held during lunch on June 20.
Please request a bento when registering.
Please note that lunch boxes will be provided free of charge to those who have applied in advance and who fall into either of the following categories: members (presenters) who are not employed in full-time positions (including fixed-term positions) and student members (presenters).
会場ではeduromeが使用できます。フリーアクセスのwifiはありません。
You can use edurome at the venue. There is no free Wi-Fi.
