一般発表に関する注意：

口頭発表

発表時間は14分30秒（発表12分・質疑2分30秒），時間厳守です．会場ではWindows OSのパソコンを用意します．進行の妨げになるため，個人のパソコンの接続はお控えください．発表ファイル（推奨形式はppt，pptx，pdf）はUSB で持参して，当日のセッション開始前（午前と午後開始前）に各会場のパソコンにロードしてください．大会事務局では，アニメーションや動画の動作を保証しません．発表後は次の発表の座長をお願いいたします．午前と午後の最初の発表の座長は大会運営側で準備します．

ポスター発表

ポスターはA0サイズでご用意ください．ポスターを貼り付けるための画鋲等は実行委員会にて用意します．ポスター展示可能時間は，6月28日（土）の8時30分から6月29日（日）の12時30分までです．コアタイムは，6月28日13時15分から14時00分です．発表者はコアタイム中，ポスター前で待機してください．また，ポスターの内容をオンライン参加者が閲覧できるよう，発表データをここから，6月27日（金）正午までにアップロードしていただけますようお願いいたします．なお，オンライン参加者は閲覧のみ可能で，コメント等はできません．

優秀発表賞

優秀発表賞にエントリーされた発表については，匿名の選考委員が審査にあたり，懇親会の場で発表します．授賞者には賞状が授与されます．

昼食に関するお知らせ

キャンパス内に中央生協食堂やコンビニ（一部は日曜が定休日）がありますが，会場から遠方にあるために休憩時間内に戻ってくることが難しいかと思われます．午前から来場される方には昼食のご持参をお勧めいたします．

Wi-Fiの利用について

本大会にご参加いただいている方に限り，会場となる大学のWi-Fiを一時的にご利用いただけます．接続方法やログイン情報については当日受付にてご案内いたします．円滑な通信環境の提供のため，Wi-Fiの利用は大会関連の用途に限ってご使用くださいますよう，お願い申し上げます．

Presentation Guidelines:

Oral Presentation; 

Each presenter is given 14.5 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 2.5 minutes for questions and answers). Please keep to the presentation time. Computers installed with versions after MS Windows and Power Point will be provided by the Executive Committee. Please do not connect personally owned computers to save time. Presentation files (we accept following formats; .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf) should be loaded to the computer before the session starts in the morning. The Executive Committee does not have responsibility for any troubles regarding the motion of animation and videos used in each presentation. After your presentation, please serve as the chairperson for the next presentation. The chairpersons for the first presentation in the morning and afternoon sessions will be arranged by the conference organizers.

Poster Presentation; 

Poster should not exceed 90 cm and 120 cm in width and height, respectively. A0 size is recommended. Push pins will be provided for your convenience. Poster can be exhibited from 8:30, June 28 (Sat) to 12:30, June 29 (Sun). Core time is from 13:15 to 14:00, June 28 (Sat). Presenting authors are requested to stay at their posters during the core times. We kindly ask that you send your presentation materials to here by noon on June 27 (Fri), so that online participants can view the contents of your poster. Please note that online participants will be able to view the materials only and will not be able to leave comments or feedback.

Best Presentation Awards; 

Presentations registered for the award will be reviewed by anonymous referees. Winners will be informed in the banquet. A certificate will be presented to the first-author of each winning paper from the Executive Committee of JASTE35.

Note about Lunch during the meeting:

On campus, there is a Central Co-op cafeteria and convenience stores (some of which are also closed on Sundays). However, since there are located far from the venue, it may be difficult to return within the break time. We recommend that attendees who come from the morning bring their own lunch.
