The Jasper Fourth is a non-partisan student-run publication, headed by the Jasper Journalism Club. Every week, news stories are published here by the students of Jasper High School in Plano, TX. These news stories vary from political reporting to local investigative journalism.
What is our purpose?
What is our purpose?
Our purpose is to not only uphold the values of the Fourth Estate, for which the publication is named after, but also to learn, share, and practice the qualities of every good reporter. Our goal is to foster students with the interests in Journalism and Writing and to help educate students on the importance of truth and creativity in an increasingly polarized society
