BIOGRAPHY
Jason is a PhD student studying Organizational Behavior at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington in Seattle. His research seeks to understand and address some of the most pressing societal challenges of our time. Specifically, he examines the psychological and behavioral consequences employees experience when they are in a condition of constraint and face shortages in essential resources such as food, housing, employment, and financial stability, as well as identifies interventions that can help reduce these adverse effects. Through research, he aims to study how organizations can better support employees to improve performance and well-being in constrained environments.
Prior to joining Foster, he earned an MSc in Human Resources and Organizations (emphasis in OB) from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
