Refund Policy
Massage gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, it is required that you provide us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. This is subject to availability.
There is no fee for changing the time frame of a scheduled appointment within a therapists availability.
Check-in
For new clients, please come at least 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out the client consultation form.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session to avoid reduced service minutes. Turning up late to your appointment will reduce your session time according to the booking time left.
Health
If you have a medical condition, please provide us a medical certificate from your medical doctor or GP giving you an exemption or permission to you to receive a massage.
For the safety of the massage, please review the list of medical conditions listed in the client consultation form and inform your therapist if any of the conditions apply to you.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards and debit cards. all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
