Currently, I am a Norbert Wiener Postdoctoral Fellow at Tufts University. In Fall 2025, I am teaching the course Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos.
I serve on the AWM Communicating Employment Opportunities Committee; we organize a seminar intended to connect students with working mathematicians in various sectors.
For the year 2024-25, I was a MAA Project NeXT (New Experiences in Teaching) fellow, an initiative aimed at enhancing mathematical education through innovative teaching practices and resources. Check out the reflections on my experience and learning in the program.
In Fall 2024, I mentored for the Spelman-Morehouse Directed Reading Program. My student, Brianna Severe, gave the final presentation "Chaos: Where Order Meets Uncertainty”.
I was an Instructor of Record for MATH 2312 PreCalculus at the University of Houston and have served as the Lead Teaching Assistant for MATH 2414 (Calculus 2) in the Department of Mathematics, University of Houston, coordinating a team of 10+ teaching assistants. I have also served as the student member on the NSM Graduate Studies Committee and the President for the UH student chapter of Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM). I was the department representative on the NSM Graduate Student Advisory Board, serving as a liason between graduate students and the NSM Dean's office.
Prior to starting my journey in the PhD program in Spring 2018, I completed my Masters degree in Mathematics in 2017 and my Bachelors (with Hons.) degree in Mathematics in 2015 from the University of Delhi, India.
