Hello, my name is Jasmine — CEO and founder of Jasmine & Fleur, established in 2020.
What began as a simple hobby has grown into my greatest passion. Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the art of transforming the basics into something beautiful. Crafting luxury cakes has become more than an occupation; it’s my calling.
Today, as the founder and creative lead of Jasmine & Fleur, I’m honoured to serve you and yours on your special day.

Our processes
Our processes
We guarantee high quality ingredients. We aim for all Ingredients used to be organically produced. Here at Jasmine&Fleur we strictly use high end ingredients within our process. We have a workplace that is disinfected after and before every preparation step we take. This includes prior preparing cake batter, after preparing cake batter, washing of dishes, wipe down of area prior preparing decorating phase. Within this time, after cakes are cooled on our counter tops and covered with our table nets, they enter the fridge at a medium setting to become cooler. Decorating phase is complete and cakes remain in fridge overnight. Cakes are removed and finalised. The are then put back in the fridge or in a cool area (this depends on the general weather of the day). We use our sturdy boxes and prepare cakes for drop off.
