Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive known for developing and expanding companies across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held platform that manages and invests in multiple business sectors.
Born in the United States, Jaser was raised in a Jordanian family with a strong connection to business activities in the Gulf region. His father, Munir Zaabri, along with other relatives, worked with firms involved in engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading across the UAE and neighboring countries. This environment gave him early exposure to international business practices.
The family’s commercial background dates back to the early 1970s. During that time, family members contributed to companies such as Universal Trading Group, Target Engineering & Construction Company, and Al Ahlia Group. These organizations were involved in infrastructure projects and helped global brands enter Gulf markets. This foundation influenced how Jaser approached business and growth.
Jaser Zaabri studied at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management. His education focused on sales strategy, leadership, and operations, which later became key elements in his work.
He furthered his education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. There, he strengthened his understanding of leadership, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
Early in his career, Jaser worked in international business development and advisory roles. In 2010, he was involved in transactions with members of the Qatari royal family. This experience provided him with insight into high-level negotiations and cross-border business operations.
In the early 2010s, Zaabri began developing companies in the construction and restoration industry. From 2011 to 2018, he founded several insurance restoration and general contracting businesses under the Anderson Construction name. At the same time, he held executive roles within the Anderson Family of Companies.
These businesses focused on disaster recovery and rebuilding properties affected by fires, floods, and other events. Through this work, Jaser gained practical experience in managing operations, building teams, and creating systems to support large-scale restoration projects.
Alongside construction, Jay Zaabri expanded his experience into consumer products and brand development. From 2012 to 2016, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at XS Energy Drinks. In this role, he helped expand the brand into 38 countries and managed nearly $150 million in annual sales.
He was responsible for building distributor networks, managing logistics, and supporting sales teams. He also served as an executive and board member at MyPillow Inc., contributing to the company's growth. In addition, he co-founded GarbageMan, which began as an environmentally focused concept and later became a waste management business acquired by a larger company.
From 2017 to 2019, Zaabri served as Executive Vice President of Development and Distribution at Renpure Organics. During his time there, he helped expand retail distribution across North America and into international markets. Renpure Organics was acquired in 2018 by MAV Beauty Brands and Marc Anthony Cosmetics.
In 2019, he returned to the construction and development industry and remained active until 2021. He held executive roles at Magis LLC, Elysian Construction & Development, and Double G Construction. His work focused on improving sales, marketing, and operational processes.
During this period, Double G Construction grew from about $2 million in revenue to approximately $60 million. Elysian Construction also experienced strong growth, surpassing $600 million in revenue within two years.
In 2022, Jay founded Evolve Holdings to bring together multiple industries under one operating and investment structure. The company manages businesses across construction and restoration, recruiting, professional training, property management, hospitality investment, and marketing analytics.
Within a few years, the company reached approximately $250 million in revenue and completed more than 7,000 restoration projects. Evolve Construction and Restoration focuses on rebuilding properties after disasters, while Evolve Fire and Restoration has been involved in wildfire recovery in Southern California communities such as Altadena and Pasadena.
Other divisions include Evolve University, which provides sales and leadership training, and Evolve Recruiting, which supports businesses in building professional teams.
Outside of business, Jaser supports charitable efforts through programs connected to the Evolve Foundation and the It 's4TheKids Foundation. His work includes assisting veterans, supporting low-income families, and organizing food distribution programs.
Jaser Zaabri's career reflects a steady, practical approach to business growth. Through Evolve Holdings and its affiliated companies, he continues to focus on rebuilding communities, supporting business development, and maintaining connections between the United States and the Middle East.
