Rural areas continue to face challenges in accessing primary healthcare services, essential medicines, and safe building materials. This lack of access contributes to poor health and wellbeing in these communities, as patients often have to travel long distances to access healthcare.

Primary healthcare workers are essential, but they depend on key health inputs like drugs, human resources, and equipment. While community-level innovations like VHTs offer hope, there is still a significant gap in local healthcare and sustainable housing. Sustainable health and wellbeing cannot be achieved without addressing these issues.

By providing access to affordable building materials and promoting sustainable construction practices, our model aims to break the cycle of inadequate housing and contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of grassroots communities. We facilitate increased employment opportunities for youth and CHCs and improve their entrepreneurship skills.

Jascen Health Ventures' project, "Empowering Rural Communities for Sustainable Health and Wellbeing," represents a holistic approach to addressing pressing healthcare needs, promoting economic growth, and advancing environmental sustainability.
