Jarrod Haneline formerly served as Manager of Client Success at Action Behavior Centers (ABC), where he led strategic initiatives focused on sustainable business growth and operational excellence. Recognized in ABC’s Spotlight: Growth in Action, Haneline made a significant impact as a Senior Operations Manager, notably optimizing multi-site performance and enhancing staff development. His approach emphasizes strategic planning, workplace culture, and empowering talent across the organization. Under his leadership, ABC—known for providing one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism—continued to expand its high-quality services. Haneline’s efforts have earned him several Core Value Awards, including the Connection Award (2022), the Core Value Award for FUN (2023), and the Core Value Award for TEAM (2024).
Outside of his professional role, Jarrod Haneline is deeply committed to his community and family. A devoted church volunteer, he regularly attends services and helps fulfill prayer requests and support events within his congregation. His dedication to mentorship extends to the football field, where he serves as a Volunteer Youth Football Coach. Drawing on his own experience as a former amateur player, Haneline shares his love for the game while teaching teamwork, discipline, and leadership to the next generation.
