Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private nft wallets. Further more, as this collection runs on polygon network under OpenSea smart contract, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

i. The NFT Collection

The NFT is a collection of various digital artworks stored on polygon blockchain via OpenSea smart contract. You can access the collection via any web browser using OpenSea site. Transactions on the collection are managed and confirmed via polygon blockchain and OpenSea. We neither own nor control your wallet, the polygon network, Opensea, your browser or any other third-party site, or services you might use or visit.

ii. Ownership

You own the NFT. Each NFT is on polygon blockchain. When you purchase the NFT, you own the Art. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the OpenSea smart contract and Polygon Network, at no point may we seize or modify the ownership of any NFTs.

iii. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;

• using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;

• using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
