A US$500 deposit is required to reserve your place on the tour.

The remaining balance of US$6,300 is due by:
November 15, 2026

Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Until September 30, 2026
Your deposit is fully refundable.

October 1, 2026
The deposit becomes non-refundable.

November 15, 2026 – December 14, 2026
50% of the total tour price is non-refundable.

December 15, 2026 and later
The tour fee is 100% non-refundable.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, delays, and other unexpected travel disruptions.
