The conference will be held in Room N308 at the Faculty of Science, Hokkaido University.
The conference room is located in the main building (3rd floor) of the Faculty of Science, the same building as the Hokkaido University Museum.
The poster session will take place in Room N328, in the same building.

By train: The JR Rapid Airport train operates frequently between New Chitose Airport and JR Sapporo Station, with approximately six departures per hour from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The journey lasts between 33 to 41 minutes, depending on the service type, and costs 1,150 yen one way. By bus: Airport shuttle buses, operated by Hokuto Kotsu and Hokkaido Chuo Bus companies, provide services to Sapporo City Center, including stops at major hotels and downtown areas. The fare is approximately 1,100 yen. A bus from the airport to Sapporo Station takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions. On foot: Hokkaido University is about a 15 to 20-minute walk from the North Exit of JR Sapporo Station.
By subway: Take the Namboku Subway Line bound for Asabu from Sapporo Station and alight at Kita 12-jo Station, the next stop. From there, it is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk to the university.
