At Japale, we value your privacy and data security. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data permanently (including Japa counts, social posts, and profile information), please follow the steps below.

Account Deletion Steps:

1. Request Deletion: Navigate to our "Request Deletion" form on the official website.

2. Provide Account Details: To verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion, please provide the following details associated with your account:

   • Username

   • Email Address

   • Mobile Number

   • Account Password (For identity verification)

3. Manual Verification: Our team will review your request and verify the provided details against our records.

4. Final Deletion Process: Once verified, your account, social feed activity, and spiritual progress data will be permanently removed from our servers within 48 to 72 hours.

WARNING

Important Notice: Account deletion is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, your Japa history, rankings, and all social interactions cannot be recovered.
