"As a functional nutritionist and entrepreneur, my vision has always been to help the underserved in a way that is accessible and educational in order for them to achieve and sustain their long term health goals. Part of making that a reality was creating a 10-week online program that caters to the pre- and try 2 diabetes community. Despite having tremendous wisdom and education on the realm of diabetes, health & wellness and making sustainable lifestyle changes, turning that knowledge into an actual step-by-step course required additional expertise of which I myself did not possess.
