Become your character at the Cosplay Contest, judged by some of the best-known local cosplayers! Cosplay contest happens at 3:00pm.

Apply early here or arrive early for walk ups!

Rules:

1.      Only outfits constructed or modified more than 50% of the entire ensemble may be eligible for judging. Others are welcome to display.

2.      Outfits may not have been first place winners in contests within the last 12 months.

3.      Designers do not have to wear outfits themselves but only designers are eligible for placement and prizes

4.      AI may not be used in the majority of the design process

5.      Outfits must be suitable for a public, family-friendly environment

6.      Outfits cannot be pieced together solely from existing manufacturer’s representing franchised IP’s (e.g. wearing a pre-made Batman costume)

7.      Outfits must abide by Valley Fair Shopping Center’s costume policy (no weapons or masks).

8.      All judged criteria and associated points are at the discretion of the panel judges.

9.      Only one grand winner is guaranteed, additional winners and prizes may be awarded by judges’ consensus discretion.
