Account Deletion Process for Janta City
At Janta City, we value your privacy and provide you with an easy way to delete your account and all associated data. Below, you’ll find detailed instructions on how to request the deletion of your account.
Option 1: Delete Your Account via the Janta City Mobile App
You can delete your account yourself directly through the Janta City mobile app. Here’s how:
Open the Janta City App: Launch the app on your mobile device.
Go to the Profile Page: Navigate to your profile by clicking on the profile icon in the app's menu.
Select the Delete Account Option: On your profile page, locate and click on the Delete Account button.
Confirm Account Deletion: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.
Once confirmed, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:
Your name
Your email address (if provided)
Your mobile number
Any ads you have posted
Ads you have liked
Any other information linked to your account
Important Note: This process is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you prefer, you can also request account deletion via email. Follow these steps:
Compose an Email: Send an email to atomxel@gmail.com.
Include the Following Information:
Your mobile number
Your full name
A request to delete your account
Verification Process: Upon receiving your request, we will verify the information provided to ensure the authenticity of the request.
Data Deletion: Once your request is verified, we will delete all your data from our servers, including:
Your name
Email address
Mobile number
Ads you posted or liked
Any other associated information
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Additional Information
Data Recovery: After your account is deleted, your data cannot be restored. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming your deletion request.
Processing Time: Account deletion requests made via email may take up to 7 business days to process.
