Project Description

The task for the project was to see how much social media impacts us as individuals.

Social Media Addiction Survey

When I completed the survey, I realized how addicted I am to social media. Spending way too much time on social media. Need to get a grip on meaning limit the usage.

Interesting Social Media Statistic

 The numbers what I saw did not lie, it was true.

At the same time, it was a bit shocking like wow.

Social Media's Impact on Society

The impact on social media impact on society can go both ways. It’s mainly how your intent to use social media is good or bad. The number of hours spent on social media can cause long term harm and cause brain problems. When you see it on social media is not always the same. Now with more technology pole use photo shop. Then we use individuals who think they are someone known.

Lessons Learned

There is always a balance that is needed between every task you do. Reducing the time spent on social media can improve mood.
