This privacy policy applies to the Janken Arena app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by theDumb (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The total time spent in the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to deliver important updates, required notices, or promotional offers.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to User Name, Score, and Time Played. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.
The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

Our app includes an online leaderboard feature.
When you submit a score, the app sends the following information to our secure Firebase database (Cloud Firestore):
Your chosen display name (nickname)
Your score
The time or duration of your play session (used for ranking or display)
The date/time the score was achieved
This information is stored in our Firebase project under our control and is used solely to display the leaderboard to other players.
We do not share this information with any other third parties or use it for advertising or tracking purposes.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or through your app marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have submitted via the Application, please contact them at thedumb6yo@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed toward anyone under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers.

The Service Provider values your trust in providing your information and strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained within Firebase and other trusted third-party services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all updates.
