Original name of YET DALK is "YENNAL TONGDAK". It means old style fried whole chicken, but we cook and serve as pieced.
YET DALK has deep, savory taste and very thin battered skin so it is little darker and smaller than normal fried chicken.
Most shops in Korea provide the special salt to boost original taste of fried chicken.
