Response & Availability

This is a small, focused study space rather than a high-volume platform. Response times may vary, particularly during periods of teaching or client work. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Location & Time Zone 

Work is conducted internationally and primarily online. Sessions are scheduled with time zone differences in mind.

Janet is based in South Africa and operates on South Africa Standard Time (SAST), also known as Central Africa Time (CAT), UTC +2. South Africa does not observe daylight saving time, so this time zone remains constant throughout the year. Students in regions that shift seasonally are asked to take this into account when scheduling.
