Q: Where can I buy your homemade goodies?
A: You can find us at festivals in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond - please check on Instagram, Facebook, and this website for the latest news about where we will be!
A: You can also email us at janeshomemade22@gmail.com to place orders.
A: You can also occasionally purchase some of our hard candies at Abrams-Claghorn Gallery in Albany, CA.
A: You can also occasionally find our donated items at fundraising events around the Bay Area. We usually post this information on Instagram and Facebook Stories.
Q: Do you sell your homemade goodies online?
A: Unfortunately, we are not yet selling our goodies online. But you can email us to inquire about placing an order. For the best variety, email before an event, we'll send a menu once it's ready, after the event we'll prepare the package and find out the shipping cost, you'll pay for the total including shipping, and the package will be on its way!
Q: Is your packaging environmentally-friendly?
A: All of our food bags are compostable. To attach our paper labels to our food bags, we use compostable stickers. Packages are closed with a heat sealer, so no glue or extra adhesives are used.
We now offer jars of candy so you can reuse then eventually recycle the glass jars!
All of our gift boxes are recyclable. We sourced cotton ribbon and kraft paper boxes to make unique and appealing, yet environmentally-friendly gift packaging.
Q: When I find your booth at a festival, what kind of payment do you take?
A: We take cash, credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, and debit cards.
Q: I missed you at my local festival, can I still buy baked goods and candies from you?
A: Yes! Email us at janeshomemade22@gmail.com to find out what we have. We can make arrangements for pickup - typically at Peralta Park on Solano Avenue in Berkeley.
Q: Can I order party favors from you? Do you customize packages and labels?
A: Yes and yes! We have made wedding reception favors, red egg and ginger party favors, and Lunar New Year's party favors, and look forward to supplying goodies for many other events. We have also made bags of cookies and packets of candies for "omiyage" (souvenir gifts) to bring to Japan, considering flavors that people in Japan would appreciate and enjoy. Contact us at janeshomemade22@gmail.com with questions and requests for size, content, and pricing of favors.
Q: Do you offer discounts for buying in bulk without individual packaging?
A: Yes! We can sell by the batch (e.g., about 300 gumdrops) or by the ounce. This is a great option if you want to save a little money and package party favors yourself or have an event with a dessert bar. Baked goods are also possible. Contact us at janeshomemade22@gmail.com with questions about flavors and pricing.
Please contact us with any other questions you might have! We are a woman- and minority-owned small business and look forward to sharing our handmade, small batch treats with you!
