1. Magpunta sa fb.com/loadmannasocial at i-click ang send message

2. Sa Messenger ay i-click ang 'Get Started'

3. I-click ang 'Menu Option' o '≡' at piliin ang 'Top Menu'

4. I-click ang Right-Arrow at hanapin ang LM+ Subscription

5. I-click ang Subscribe

6. Piliin ang Subscription na gusto at i-click ang 'Select':

7. Pindutin ang 'Yes' para maconfirm.

Note: Para sa retailer na walang LM Wallet, Automatic itong mababawas sa Loadwallet

This has reference to the MEMORANDUM issued by the Loadmanna Inc. dated August 16, 2020 regarding the requirements to be submitted by Dealers and Retailers in compliance with the KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER POLICY (KYCP) required by Republic Act 9160, otherwise known as the ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING LAW.

Submission of the requirements to satisfy the KYC policy is mandatory for all members of Loadmanna as required by the ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING LAW regardless of the level of membership in Loadmanna Inc.

Thus, for those who have not submitted the requirements for KYC compliance, you are enjoined to submit as soon as possible.

Effective August 19, 2020, all members of Loadmanna (Retailers & Dealers) should be able to submit a valid government ID & a 10 to 15 seconds video of himself/herself showing the ID & mentioning the ff.:

1. The Current Date

2. Registered Name in Loadmanna

3. The type of government ID being shown

4. The type of membership with Loadmanna

Those who will not be able to submit the above minimum KYC requirement will only be able to transact P1,000/day or less.

Exceptions on this new KYC implementation are the ff:

1. Provincial Stockists

2. Municipal Stockists

3. Members who have previously submitted their KYC for SmartPadala/ LMWallet requirements.

1. Open Mannapay App

2. Click the "Bills" icon

3. Click "Bills Payment"

4. Search your "Biller"

5. Enter Details and click "Next"

6. Review the details and click "Pay."

7. Redirecting to SMS and click "Send", then wait for the Confirmation.

Notes: 

• To start transacting offline, the Mannapay app user requires that he/she already logged in via an internet connection before going to an offline area.

• Make sure that you have the Manna Wallet Fund to pursue the bill payment transaction

• I-download ang Cliqq app

• Buksan ang app at i-click ang Pay Bills

• I-search ang Loadmanna.Inc

• I-enter ang Reference Number, Username (Mobile number kung LM Basic User) at amount then click Confirm

• Ilista o i-save ang Reference Number

• Hanapin ang "Loadmanna Inc" Sa Bills Payment ng 7/11 Cliqq Machine

• Ilagay ang Reference Number na na-generate mula sa "Cash-in via 7/11" sa Loadmanna app.

• Ilagay ang iyong Username (Mobile number kung LM Basic User).

• Sunod na ilagay ang Amount at Mobile Number then click Confirm.

• Hintayin at ibigay ang resibo na nareceive sa 7-11 cashier at bayaran ito.

• Magrereflect ito sa iyong Manna Wallet balance within 24hrs.

2. Tap the "LOAD" button

3. Go to "Electric Pins" menu

4. Choose "VMX or Viva One"

5. Select desired subscription amount from the menu
