I am a postdoc in Economics at Jönköping International Business School and an affiliate member in the CESifo Research Network. I received my PhD from Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2024.
My research focuses on pension and gender economics. One strand of my work uses survey experiments to study individuals' beliefs about pensions and gender inequality, and how information provision shapes perceptions of fairness and support for related policies. A second strand uses administrative data to study retirement planning and behavior, including what drives engagement in pension planning, how pension system features shape pension claiming and retirement decisions, and how later-life events such as divorce affect economic outcomes.
