Membership Cost

1. At Rs 2,00,000/- only you get the opportunity to be a part of a series of properties, having existence at various locations in India (and planning abroad) at your disposal. This property will be constructed as a part of our pan India series of Janardan Farms and Resorts. You need to pay the membership cost on Monthly EMI.

   1. Scheme : Silver Spoon

   2. Cost : Rs 200000/-

   3. Validity : 15 years

   4. For initiation of the membership you have to pay Rs 25,000 as enrollment fees

   5. Monthly EMI payment of Rs 5,000 for subsequent 35 months.

From the day one of your enrollment as a Club Member you are entitled for visiting and staying at any of our property. (Terms and conditions apply).

At Rs 3,00,000/- only you get the opportunity to be a part of a series of properties, having existence at various locations in India (and planning abroad) at your disposal.This property will be constructed as a part of our pan India series of Janardan Farms and Resorts. You need to pay the membership cost on Monthly EMI.

   3. Validity : 25 years

   4. For initiation of the membership you have to pay Rs 35,000 as enrollment fees

   5. Monthly EMI payment of Rs 7500/- for subsequent 35 months.

2. You get one booking of a banquet hall every year for celebrating your birthday/ marriage anniversary.

3. You get a once in a year stay for 6 day at the clubhouse. This you can swap with other Resort properties if desired.

4. You get a restaurant billing 40% off for your dining with your family.

5. You get 20% off on restaurant bills for entertaining your guest.

6. You are entitled for use of gymnasium, library and other facilities (as listed in your scheme).

7. You get 25% off on Resort properties bills at any location.
