I am a social work academic with a strong background in teaching as well as social and educational sciences.
My research and teaching interests include poverty and social exclusion, subjectivity and vulnerability in relation to social work theory and the transformation of welfare (state) arrangements. The design of my research is rooted within a qualitative-reconstructive methodology. I specialize in ethnography & ethnomethodology.
At the moment I'm a Lecturer at Osnabrück University, Germany. Over the last years I worked in research and teaching at different universities and universities of applied sciences in Germany and the Netherlands.
