JamSlate is a digital film slate. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. In short: nothing leaves your device.
Information we collect
None. JamSlate has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not connect to the internet.
Camera
JamSlate uses your camera only to read the timecode shown on another camera's screen so the slate can match it. Camera images are processed on your device as they arrive and immediately discarded. They are never saved, recorded or sent anywhere.
Information stored on your device
The slate details you enter (such as production title, director, camera, reel, scene and take), your settings, and your clap log are stored only on your device. They are removed if you delete the app. If you choose to share your clap log, it goes only where you send it.
Children
JamSlate does not collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
