JamRelief (“the App”) is provided by Educe876 AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and the choices you have regarding your information. By using JamRelief, you agree to this policy.

Content You Submit:
- Disaster reports, photos/images, captions, and optional notes.

- If you allow it, we collect precise location from your device or photo metadata to attach coordinates to a report.
Device & Usage Data:
- App version, device model, operating system, crash/error logs, and basic analytics (e.g., screens viewed) to improve stability and usability.
Purchase/Subscription Data (if applicable):
- Status and metadata necessary to validate access to premium features. We do not store full payment details.
2. Why We Collect It
Provide the Service:
- Create accounts, authenticate users, submit and display reports, and enable features such as photo uploads and geolocation.
Improve and Secure the App:
- Debug issues, prevent abuse, measure performance, and enhance features.
Communicate with You:
- Send confirmations, important notices, and respond to support requests.
Legal Compliance:
- Meet legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations, including compliance with the Jamaican Data Protection Act 2020.
