Freshly wash and pre-sort your items. Set aside anything faded, ripped, stained, or broken.

Lay clothing flat in a basket or tote. Folding is not required. We cannot accept drop-offs in plastic bags or cardboard boxes.

Items must be free of dried food, residue, excessive pet hair, and pet, stale, or mildew odors.

If a drop-off does not meet these guidelines, we will ask you to prepare it again. You are welcome to return once it is ready.

Drop-off & processing

Muskegon drop-offs: Ring the doorbell at the back, then bring your items to the front counter.

Drop off during any business hours. When fully staffed, we process items Monday–Friday, 11 AM–3 PM.

We send a text and give you a missed call when your offer is ready. Save the store number and check your spam texts so you don’t miss it.

We text your offer and send a reminder the next day if we have not heard back. Reply within 72 hours, even if you decline.

After accepting or declining, pick up your totes and remaining items within 72 hours. Need more time? Contact us to arrange pickup.

We have limited storage. Without communication, remaining items are donated locally. As described on our home page, an offer left unanswered for 72 hours is issued as store credit equal to the cash offer.

Bring no more than 2 totes per visit, each weighing 30 lbs or less.
