Your items do NOT need to be Folded, but they DO NEED to be Layed Flat 

THEY DO NEED TO BE PRE-SORTED - This means removing items with stains and laying them flat.

They should NOT be in a cardboard box or a plastic bag, we need you to lay the items in a basket or a tote.

Items MUST be Freshly Laundered - If we find items with dried food/liquids/other (this is different than a stain,) excessive dog hair or pet/stail/mildew smells from the way they were stored... WE WILL - refuse the items and refer you to this page. Please do no be discouraged! 

We will happily accept your drop off once it meets our Standards/Guidelines.

You may drop off items during any of our business hours FOR YOUR CONVIENCE.

When fully staffed we process orders M-F from 11 am - 3pm.

You will receive a text message and a missed call when your offer has been made.

We work hard to keep up with orders. We need YOUR HELP! 

We text your offer and if you have not responded yet by the next day we will send a reminder text

We need a response from you within 72 hours even if the response is "No." 

We cannot store items for extended periods of time. 

We ARE flexible with giving you more time to pick up your items! 

What we need is COMMUNICATION, once you accept (or decline) please pick up within 72 hours, if you need more time update us on when you plan to pick up your items. 

When we do not have communication we need to DONATE your remaining items to make room. 

2 TOTE MAX

To help our team process items efficiently and safely, please bring no more than 2 totes at a time. Each tote should weigh 30 lbs or less so our staff can safely lift, move, sort, and process your items.

Our processing space is limited, and every tote must be sorted before we can accept more. Following these limits helps us keep the process moving smoothly and keeps enough workspace available for our team. Thank you for understanding!
