I'm an enthusiastic student who loves solving very complex problems in low level languages. I love working through a difficult problem step by step, first obtaining a detailed profile of the issue, then finding the logical issue or plan a logical approach before implementing streamlined and effective code solutions to fix them. I especially like physics and maths problems as this is the most exciting area for new research and knowledge personally.
More personally, I love volunteering and helping my local community and have volunteered almost 450 hours in my life to charities. I also love playing piano as music is a big thing for me. Listening to different styles of music and learning new artists and songs is really fun and exciting. Listening to music has helped me focus, get through difficult times and lift my mood consistently so playing pinao helps me unwind around work. And of course, playing game. My favourite games are Mario Galaxy 1, Shadow of the Colossus and Undertale each for different reasons.
This is my self research project for my dissertation. I researched how to implement cloth physics and how to optimise them using a compute shader to run efficiently in the background of any game. It is a DirectX11 simulation with ImGui buttons and UI presented to the screen for the user. I showcased this project at GradEx 2026.
Twin Flames is my GradEx attending game that I helped create as part of my collab module at university. I was a programmer in a team of 30 that all worked to create this co-op puzzle game where you play as candles helping a wizard relight his tower after darkness took over.
My personal project which I work on in my own time outside of Uni set work. These are my VR escape room and my modeling projects to help me learn basics in certain software and were really fun to work on as passion projects.
These are my Game Jams that I have taken part in. I plan to take part in many more over the coming year and have thoroughly enjoyed these and made me much more creative and better at prioritisin the right tasks.
These are the best of the project assigned to me as part of my degree in programming. A variety from AI to networking to mobile development are showcased and demonstarte how I developed all my skills.
