Analyze raw data using graphical, tabular, and analytical exploratory tools in order to investigate and describe patterns in data, make comparison among data sets, and look for relationships between data sets.
Evaluate, interpret, and describe data distributions through the study of sampling distributions and probability theory.
Apply appropriate statistical models to estimate population parameters and determine the validity of hypotheses.
Grading Information:
There will be up to 16 Written Assignments, up to 15 Online Canvas Quizzes, and 1 Final Assignment. The assignments will be announced in class, as well as in Canvas. You must show acceptable work on your written work. The final exam will be cumulative. There will be no make-up assignments unless there is an emergency.
