James Feldkamp is presently the Lead Consultant for Intelligence and Counterterrorism at Complete Threat Preparedness. Mr. Feldkamp is also the founder of JLF Solutions, which provides training and subject matter expertise in counterterrorism, transnational crimes, and maritime domain awareness. He also shares his immense knowledge of the field as an adjunct professor at Henley-Putman University and George Washington University.

With a successful track record of leading capacity-building initiatives that refine intra-agency communications related to global security issues, James Feldkamp has helped in increasing participation from 35 to 70 nations in the Maritime Safety and Security Information System managed by the Department of Transportation. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the federal government and military, specializing in international security and foreign policy initiatives. For more than 10 years, Mr. Feldkamp has been an adjunct professor in universities teaching courses that focus on international security, transnational crimes, terrorism, and counterterrorism.
