JAMES FELDKAMP

James Feldkamp founded JLF Solutions, a firm that provides training and subject matter expertise in the areas of counterterrorism, transnational crimes, and maritime domain awareness. Mr. Feldkamp has more than two decades of experience working in the federal government and military, specializing in international security and foreign policy initiatives. For more than 10 years, he has been an adjunct professor in universities teaching courses that focus on international security, transnational crimes, terrorism, and counterterrorism.

Mr. Feldkamp has a stellar track record of leading capacity-building initiatives that refine intra-agency communications related to global security issues. He has helped in increasing participation from 35 to 70 nations in the Maritime Safety and Security Information System managed by the Department of Transportation.

James Feldkamp is a proficient trainer in the areas of global security on terrorism and counterterrorism. He has been invited to lecture in over 25 major international conferences and symposiums. He is presently the Lead Consultant for Intelligence and Counterterrorism at Complete Threat Preparedness, a firm made up of emergency management, public safety, self-defense, survival, construction, intelligence, and military special operations professionals who consult and train individuals and organizations on safety, security, and protection against natural and man-made hazards.
