During a time of crisis like this biological warfare as many will call of CV19, Mental illness diagnoses will increase in numbers and existing orders may be amplified. These disorders include depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and anxiety disorders, but there are many others. Regardless of the diagnosis, symptoms can be similar and can overlap, especially in times of crisis.
Wechsler defined intelligence as "the global capacity of a person to act purposefully, to think rationally, and to deal effectively with his/her environment” (Ryan et al., 2003). There are four index scores that represent the major components of intelligence, deriving from the 15 subsets within the Wechsler-Bellevue Intelligence Scale index scale. one I will be focusing in, can be found under the Verbal Comprehension Index (VCI).
The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) tests are clinical instruments to measure adult and adolescent intelligence quotient (IQ). First implemented and published in February 1955 by David Wechsler, which is a revised version of the Wechsler-Bellevue Intelligence Scale of the 1930’s. How well it measures intelligence can be seen in the continuous revving of the test, with the fourth edition publication in 2008 by Pearson. Which saw the addition of the General Ability Index (GAI), which consists of the Vocabulary, Similarities and Information subtests from the Verbal Comprehension Index (Trull, 2013).
I chose COMPREHENSION, Comprehension contains 18 items that require the examinee [interview/therapist] to explain why certain procedures are [needs to be] developed and what should be done in these settings. Also, to interpret proverbs and to determine what should be done in a given situation as well as why certain societal practices are adhered. Common sense and practical judgement are measures in solving problems, with the ability to understand and adapt to social customs. Comprehension purports to measure " not just ordinary reading comprehension; this subtest measures the students’ common-sense social knowledge, practical judgment in social situations, and level of social maturation, along with the extent of development of their moral conscience" (The Critical Thinking Co.™ Staff, 2014).

Introduction
The methodologies that will be used in conducting this primary research will be taken from numerous face to face research (sources) carried out in this field/topic of Criminology and Psychology. I will be assessing this from a professionals and Academics’ standpoint carrying out qualitative and quantitative research in answering the same research questions. Accessing these sources will be easy, as there have been countless articles, newspaper from reputable sources and governmental sources. These researches and reports used different methods as evidence to support their hypothesis and aims.
1. Research Methodologies
a. Qualitative Research is based on the where, why, how, when or what of a setting or study/environment
b. Quantitative research is based off data collections, measures and statistics - “the extent and distribution of our subjects.” (Berg and Lune, 2012).
