I began this project by creating an Mind Map in Miro to define the core behaviors and knowledge needed for successful cookie production. 

Because the goal of this training was to standardize the Oh Chip! baking process, narrowing the focus to only the most essential steps and tools was critical for clarity and consistency. 

From the action map, I developed a text-based storyboard to map how the course content, visuals, and interactions would flow together. 

This step helped align instructional copy with visual design and learner engagement, ensuring the course would be both educational and intuitive. 

I built the final training in Articulate Storyline 360, incorporating voiceover narration sourced from Envato Elements, interactive elements such as click-to-reveal and drag-n-drop interactions, and custom visuals to make the learning process both practical and engaging. 

Custom visual assets were designed and refined in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to maintain a cohesive, branded look. 

The finished course delivers a clean, interactive experience that helps every team member bake with confidence and consistency.
